Guided yoga session
We met Sky during our honeymoon. Chance had brought us to the paradise beach in Thailand where he then lived and shared his knowledge. He became our first teacher: with a giant heart and true depth Sky introduced us to the magic of yoga.

Back in Sweden we couldn't find anything as good, so we invited Sky to come visit us the next summer. He came and he slayed for two and a half months, consistently teaching us both every single day. It was a summer of transformation and clarity that has blessed our lives since.

Today we are the owners of Dagsas Yoga Mangalam, a small beautiful shining retreat center ourside Verberg, where we live and teach, and to where we invite true teachers who share from the heart. Sky has kept coming every summer. He live with us, and he keeps sharing his ever expanding knowledge during classes, retreats and our one year Yoga Teacher Training. This CD is a celebration of that teaching. Our hope is that it might change and bless your life as profoundly as it has ours.

Like any great form, Pranayama requires regular practice to yield the benefits, although one can certainly feel the immediate effects, quite like having a cup of strong coffee, but without the jittery nerves and side effects. The long-term effects will show in stronger immunity, steady energy, better sleep, stronger digestion and healthy elimination.
