Sky have studied yoga, ayurveda and meditation for 20 years, and he is the main teacher for the course. The core of his teaching is that you are acceptable and loveable just the way you are, here and now. You are whole and you are holy.
He has over the years been exposed to many teachers from different traditions, integrated the knowledge and created that which makes Samayoga so unique.
Sky offers all his knowledge and gives the student the possibility to develop sensitivity for the states of the body and mind, to follow one's heart and feel purpose and meaning in one's life.
Several guest teachers will share their knowledge in different areas during the course. Swami Vagishananda Saraswati - vedanta and chanting. Leonid Soboleff - subtle anatomy and healing. Klas Landahl - puja, yoga and chanting. Annki Warberg - yoga and meditation. More guest teachers will come.
The teaching will be in english, and the amount of students are limited to 18, for maximum support for every individual.

You apply to the course by sending us a personal letter, where you write about your yoga experience why you want to do the course. Write in english if possible.
The price for the course is 14900SEK/step including VAT. Accomodation and food is included in the price.
