Course Descriptions:
Yoga Therapy
We all carry the results of our past actions and whatever we've been exposed to in our life. Undigested experiences can lead to illness or general feelings of tiredness, lack of energy, lack of enthusiasm, stiffness, headaches, stomach problems, back problems etc... Yoga used effectively can help us to release what we've been holding in our nervous system, tissues and organs and digest emotions that block us from experiencing our fullest potential.

This course aims to discover where we may be holding undigested emotions and how to access these in a very safe, cognizant way. We will be using special sounds, breathing and a variety of yogasanas and movements. This is a great opportunity for those working in health related occupations, students of yoga, and those with a genuine wish to discover how to heal themselves.

#2 Yoga and Ayurveda workshop
Yoga and Ayurveda together form a powerful way to gain great health, vitality and higher awareness. This workshop will integrate the wonderful ways of body, breath, senses, mind and chakras through Yoga and the balancing wisdom of Ayurveda.

Learn the basics of Ayurveda (the science of life and longevity) and how the application of Ayurveda can improve our diet, lifestyle and relationships. We will explore how we can apply the principles of Ayurveda in our practice of Yoga (asana, pranayama and meditation) in daily life.

The beauty is, anyone can benefit from this knowledge. This course aims to give a better understanding of the greatness of our own constitution and unique characteristics, while understanding that we are not separate from all the greatness of this world and the spirit that supports it all.

Yoga and Music
An amazing combination of live music played and heart opening yoga postures set to spontaneous rhthyms and voice work of singer/song writer Marcus Berg (Kulturation). Powerful, inspiring and lots of fun. 2 yoga classes each day plus music in the night. Private consultations with Akasha will be available by appointment.
